RESPON PENGGANTIAN PAKAN STARTER KE FINISHER TERHADAP KINERJA PRODUKSI DAN PERSENTASE KARKAS PADA TIKTOK
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui umur yang tepat dalam pengggantianpakan starter ke finisher, dengan menghasilkan kinerja produksi dan persentase
karkas tiktok yang optimal. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat dipakai sebagai
bahan pertimbangan dalam menentukan waktu yang tepat penggantian pakan
starter ke finisher.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa waktu penggantian pakan starter ke
finisher berpengaruh terhadap konsumsi pakan dan pertambahan bobot badan,
tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap konversi pakan dan persentase karkas. Rataan
konsumsi pakan tertinggi pada P7 yaitu : 5559,20 g  68,69 g dan terendah P3
yaitu : 5245,58 g  87,84 g, rataan pertambahan bobot badan tertinggi pada P7
yaitu : 2010,43 g  40,64 g dan terendah P3 yaitu: 1800,03 g ± 40,56 g, dengan
angka konversi pakan: berkisar 2,92-2,75 dan persentase karkas berkisar: 49,760
% -50,640 %.
Kesimpulan penelitian adalah bahwa semakin lama pakan starter
diberikan, maka konsumsi pakan dan pertambahan bobot badan titok semakin
tinggi, tetapi tidak memberikan berubahan yang berarti terhadap konversi pakan
dan persentase karkas. Waktu penggantian pakan starter ke finisher paling
efisien dilakukan pada titok umur 6 minggu.

THE EFFECT OF REPLECEMENT OF STARTER TO FINISHER DIET
ON PERFORMANCE AND CARCAS PERCENTAGE IN TIKTOK
Abstract
The research was to study the effect of replecement starter to finisher
diet on performance and carcass percentage in tiktok. The result of the research
were expected to be used as information of replecement diet in tiktok.
The result showed replecement starter to finisher diet has effect on feed
consumption and daily body weigh. But has no effect on feed conversion and
carcass percentage. The highest feed consumption was P7 ( 5559,20  68,69 g )and the lowest was P3 ( 5245,58  87,84 g ), the highest daily body weight
was P7 ( 2010,43  40,64 g ) and the lowest was P3 ( 1800,03  40,56 g ). Feed
conversion was 2,93 to 2,75 carcass percentage was 49, 760 % to 50, 640 %.
The conclusion of this research was more long time used starter diet to increase
feeds consumption and daily body weight but there is no effect on feed
conversion and carcass percentage. The change starter diet to finisher more
efficient on 6 weeks old on tiktok.
