IDENTIFIKASI PROFIL PROTEIN OOSIT KAMBING PADA LAMA MATURASI IN VITRO YANG BERBEDA DENGAN SDS-PAGE
Abstract
kDa .

IDENTIFICATION OF GOAT OOCYTES PROTEIN PROFIL IN
DIFFERENT TIME IN VITRO MATURATION (IVM) BY SDS-PAGE
Abstract
A study on the identification of goat oocytes protein profile in different
time in vitro maturation by SDS-PAGE was conducted. This study was designed
as an experimental laboratory study. The results showed that the oocyte protein
profile in 0,6,12,18 and 24 hours of IVM were: 158 kDa; 116 kDa; 97,2 kDa; 27
kDa dan 6,5 kDa; while the oocyte protein profile in 30 hours were 116 kDa; 97,2
kDa; 27 kDa and 6,5 kDa. It was suggested to do immunoblotting as confirmation
to know that these protein are important in maturation in vitro for goat oocytes
Key words : protein profile, goat oocyte, IVM, SDS-PAGE
